Iranol company received the bronze award for human resources excellence in 34000 standard awards during the 4th national conference of human resources
The public relations and advertisement office of Iranol reports that this ceremony was held with the attendance of a large group of managers and professors in the field of human resources and the best companies and public or private organizations received awards based on the maturity of their human resources management.
It should be noted that Iranol was assessed for all human resources procedures in the fields of personnel, welfare affairs, administrative and support services, training and planning, safety and health of employees by the auditors of Tehran University (the holder of the conference).
The auditors assessed the role of the actions taken in the field of human resources during the past years to be greatly effective for increasing the satisfaction and the feeling of belonging and responsibility in the employees.
Also considering the preparation of the human resources strategic document, activating the assistance committee, developing and improving the affairs related to employee welfare facilities, revising the job description project and performing work and time monitoring were announced as the strength points of the human resources unit of Iranol Co.
It should be reminded that in this conference and according to the announcement of the panel for presenting distinct experiences, the actions of Iranol Co. including the project for changing the status of contractor employees to direct contract with the company, the plan for honoring the parents and establishing the assistance committee were named as the best activities performed and fulfilled within the assessed industries.
During the conference, the bronze award for the excellence of human resources in 34000 Standard awards was given to Iranol Co. which was received by the company’s head of human resources.
It should be noted that the 4th National Human Resources Conference was held at the University of Tehran on January 7th and 8th, 2020.
