The identification system for suppliers and contractors of IRANOL Oil Co. was launched and presented for the purpose of clarification and removing middlemen and documentation under the supervision and control of the managing director and the board at www.iranol.ir
The public relations and advertisement of IRANOL Oil Co. reported that Mr. Isa Eshaghi said during the meeting of the council of directors and officers of IRANOL at Abadan refinery: By using this system, suppliers and contractors can introduce their abilities and potentials directly without the middlemen so that IRANOL Oil Co. can directly procure its required items from the producers or suppliers and therefore decrease the final price of the products and create added value for IRANOL and for the buyers
During the meeting Dr. Siavash Afzali, board member and deputy of commercial affairs and production of IRANOL Oil Co. listed some of the goals and objectives of launching the identification system for suppliers and contractors as having online access for the suppliers and contractors to the system, clarification of the identification process, participation in tenders and bids and notices, improving the product procurement process, direct connection with the system and experts, direct connection with the managing director and the board members, close and easy connection with the suppliers and contractors, instant informing of all events, adjustment to organizational instructions and internal and international certificates, increase of competitiveness and competition generation, fast action, implementation and systematic control over the regulations and facilitating the preparation of managerial and supervising reports in an advanced method for middle and senior managers
He added: The launch of this system has helped with the registration and maintenance of the details of natural persons and legal entities including their records in the system
